The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll turn interested lawyers and legal teams into paying customers. Working directly with the founders, you'll run outbound, demo the product, handle objections, and close. This seat exists because lawyers are skeptical, high-trust buyers, and winning this category means getting in front of them early and proving Lexi's value deal by deal.


What you'll own

  • Owning deals end to end, from first conversation to signed contract, running the full sales cycle without dropping the ball.
  • Running product demos that show lawyers and legal teams exactly how Lexi fits the way they already work, and handling objections on accuracy, security, and ROI.
  • Generating outbound when required, through cold email, cold calls, and outreach sequences, to keep the pipeline moving.
  • Translating what you hear from clients into clear, actionable insight for the engineering and product team, helping shape the roadmap around real demand.
  • Keeping the pipeline clean and forecasting honestly, so we always know what is real.


What we're looking for

  • You're persuasive with senior, skeptical professionals, able to explain a technical product simply and make a credible case to a non-technical buyer.
  • You're fluent in English and a few other languages, comfortable selling to lawyers across different markets.
  • You can turn messy client feedback into structured insight that engineering and product can act on.
  • You're hungry, coachable, and comfortable owning a number, even without a long sales track record.
  • Bonus if you've sold into legal, professional services, or another high-trust, regulated market, or worked with sales tooling like CRMs and outreach automation.
