At Lexi, we’re revolutionising how legal work gets done. We are building AI legal associates that complete real legal work end to end. Not autocomplete, not copilots, but associates that can plan, use tools, reason across documents, and work the way a real lawyer would.

The Role

As a Brand Designer, you’ll own the visual execution of Lexi’s brand across every external-facing touchpoint outside the core product. This role matters because Lexi is selling a new category of AI legal associates, and the way we present ourselves through decks, brochures, social content, videos, events, and customer-facing materials needs to feel as sharp, credible, and ambitious as the product itself.


What you'll own

  • Creating polished client-facing assets across presentations, brochures, posters, one-pagers, carousels, videos, and event materials.
  • Making Lexi’s brand feel consistent, premium, and recognizable across every external touchpoint.
  • Turning rough founder inputs, product ideas, and customer stories into clear visual narratives.
  • Designing marketing and sales materials that help customers quickly understand what Lexi does and why it matters.
  • Building reusable brand templates and systems so the team can move faster without lowering the quality bar.
  • Working closely with founders, marketing, sales, and product to ship high-quality assets quickly.


What we're looking for

  • You have strong visual design taste across brand, marketing, and web assets.
  • You can turn messy ideas into clear, polished, client-facing material.
  • You understand layout, typography, hierarchy, storytelling, and how to make complex ideas easy to grasp.
  • You can design across formats, including decks, brochures, social posts, posters, landing page visuals, and lightweight videos.
  • You are comfortable using tools like Figma, Canva, Claude Design, Illustrator / Photoshop, and AI design tools to create, iterate, and polish quickly.
  • You can write or sharpen marketing copy enough to make the design and message work together.
