About Us

At Lexi, we’re revolutionising how legal work gets done. We are building AI legal associates that complete real legal work end to end. Not autocomplete, not copilots, but associates that can plan, use tools, reason across documents, and work the way a real lawyer would.

The Role

As a Founders’ Associate, you’ll work directly with the founders on the highest-leverage work across customers, content, operations, and special projects. This is a role for someone who wants broad exposure to how an early-stage AI company is built, and is willing to own whatever moves the company forward. Right now that mostly means customer onboarding, demos, and follow-up, plus founder leverage and the collateral that comes with it.


What you'll own

  • Customer momentum: Customers are onboarded, given demos and walkthroughs, followed up with consistently, and their feedback is synthesized into clear input for the team.
  • Founder leverage: Important follow-ups, coordination, research, and execution move forward without the founders needing to chase every detail.
  • Collateral and copy: Customer-facing material, follow-ups, one-pagers, and the occasional marketing piece get produced quickly when a conversation or deal needs them.
  • Special projects: Ambiguous company priorities are picked up, structured, and pushed forward quickly.


What we're looking for

  • You can take an unclear problem, break it down, and make progress without waiting for perfect instructions.
  • You write clearly and can adapt messaging for different audiences, from customers to partners to internal updates.
  • You are comfortable speaking with customers, running walkthroughs, following up, and extracting useful feedback.
  • You are organized enough to keep multiple moving pieces alive without dropping balls.
  • You care more about ownership and learning than having a tightly defined lane.
  • You are excited by broad exposure across company-building, not just one function.
  • You have a track record of shipping real things end to end, in a startup or anywhere no one handed you a playbook.
