The Role

As a GTM Lead, you’ll drive Lexi’s entry into new geographic markets and customer segments through strategic partnerships and pipeline generation. This role matters because AI legal associates will become the default way legal work gets done, and winning this category requires embedding Lexi into trusted legal ecosystems before anyone else. Right now that mostly means cracking our next target market, defining the positioning wedge, and building the foundational GTM infrastructure.


What you'll own

  • Identifying the countries, customer segments, and channels where Lexi should expand next.
  • Building partnerships with legal networks, bar associations, and institutions that can act as growth levers and expand our footprint.
  • Owning pipeline generation through targeted outbound and directed inbound efforts, rigorously managing the funnel to consistently deliver highly qualified opportunities.
  • Working alongside the team to shape market positioning and narrative, figuring out the messaging and wedge that will unlock each new segment.
  • Building the foundational GTM infrastructure, setting up the CRM workflows, tracking, and operational playbooks to turn early hustle into a repeatable revenue machine.


What we're looking for

  • You have a proven track record of building pipeline, not just working it. You know how to generate qualified opportunities from scratch through partnerships, outbound, inbound, or channel-building.
  • You have solid B2B experience, ideally selling into high-trust, regulated markets like legal, healthcare, or insurance.
  • You know how to open doors and maintain momentum in high-value conversations without dropping the ball.
  • You have strong commercial instincts, navigating ambiguity easily to turn broad expansion goals into concrete, actionable plans.
  • You communicate with clarity and gravity, entirely comfortable pitching to senior partners, stakeholders, and founders.
  • Bonus if you have successfully sold into or operated in mature, high-bar markets like the US or Europe.
