At Lexi, we’re revolutionising how legal work gets done. We are building AI legal associates that complete real legal work end to end. Not autocomplete, not copilots, but associates that can plan, use tools, reason across documents, and work the way a real lawyer would.

The Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll work across product flows, interfaces, prototypes, and interaction patterns that make complex legal work feel simple, fast, and reliable. This role matters because Lexi is turning AI from a tool lawyers occasionally use into an associate they can trust with real legal work, and that requires product experiences that are clear, polished, and deeply grounded in how lawyers actually work.

What you'll own

• ▸Making complex legal workflows easier to understand, navigate, and complete inside Lexi.
• ▸Designing AI experiences that help lawyers understand, verify, and trust the outputs they receive.
• ▸Turning ambiguous product ideas into clear flows, prototypes, and shippable interfaces.
• ▸Translating customer feedback into sharper product experiences and better usability.
• ▸Building a consistent visual and interaction language across Lexi’s platform.
• ▸Working closely with engineering to make sure designs are practical, polished, and shipped quickly.

What we're looking for

• ▸You can turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• ▸You have strong visual and interaction design taste, with a portfolio that shows shipped product work.
• ▸You are comfortable designing for ambiguity, especially in new AI-native product patterns.
• ▸You can work closely with engineers and founders to move from idea to shipped product quickly.
• ▸You are comfortable using tools like Figma, Claude Design, Illustrator / Photoshop, and Canva to explore, prototype, and polish ideas.
• ▸You care about details, but you know when to optimize for speed and learning.
