You’ll work closely with the people building Lexi to design, implement, and improve software that powers AI legal associates. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving hard problems and owning what they build.
What you'll own
- Design, build, test, and ship reliable product capabilities.
- Turn ambiguous problems into simple, maintainable systems.
- Own features through implementation, iteration, and production support.
- Raise the quality bar for engineering practices across the team.
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Clear communication and good judgment about trade-offs.
- Experience building and shipping production software.
